yup,dah lama tak exercise pagi2 an.
nak join sports apetah lagi kan.
so dgn tekad usaha secara tibe-tibe make,,pg td un aku pergi jogging..
auww..jogging.?? yup.!
kat tasek.lme dah rse nak g sane tapi tak pergi-pergi lagi.
at the end tadi pun pergi.
dengan sape.?

fers sekali kalau try mane2 alat senaman kat taman ue kene try dengan bersungguh2.spt saye ni..ouh kayuh2.!!

k 3- sambil exercise kene lar sekali menikmati suasana...sangat cantik ouke suasane disini..nyaman...wee

last but not least-posing itu penting.ouyeah.!ouh walaupun air keruh tapi tidak permandangan nyew..huhu
